NEED YOUR HELP. What are the pumps/equipments needed for an overhead tank? the water if from an underground cistern/water storage and should be pumped up to the tank then distributed below the end users. It's a 2 storey commercial building, 8 meters elevation above ground level. Tank is placed at the roof deck level (8 meters). I'm confused in how to distribute water with enough pressure (40-50psi). Your answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Since you are posting from the Philippines, and this forum is primarily from America, I'd recommend you asking local sources since things are done way different that what is done in the United States.
Things aren't that different no matter where you are. 8 meters high will only get you about 10 PSI at the bottom. You will need a booster pump to draw from the rooftop tank and boost the pressure to 40 as needed. It will look something like this.
