Help with identidying the model number of this tub/shower

Hi,

I recently bought a new house and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo in it. I have some pictures of the stem/trim/valve. It did not have a handle.

Does anyone know what brand and model this is? I took it to Home Depot and Menards and they think it is a old Delta but are not sure what model it is and do not have any handles that fit it.

It still works just fine, but I would like to know what kind of handle I need for it. All the ones at Menards were too big for the stem.

It's a Valley faucet. They are no longer made. Parts are available but there aftermarket. Do a search for Valley faucets.

Do you know what the model number is of this Valley faucet, or if not that then what kind of valley handle I would need?
