Sump pumps aren't heavy and can be carried in one hand. You won't need wheels. The big trick is keeping leaves, twigs, toys etc out of them.

The word Flotec means your tank is probably shot....

The word Flotec means your tank is probably shot. Water should not come out of the schrader valve. I think that's what your calling a release valve.
