I have had only slightly less problems with plastic MIP's, breath on them wrong and they break. I use Sch 80 plastic MIP's and FIP's.

Yes, but the manner in which it connect to the vent stack is incorrect. It should connect with a sanitary tee, not a wye and 45. Same thing with the sink on the other side of the wall.

Same fittings and pipe length are for a balanced parallel setup. What the OP has is first in/last out parallel piping, which is a lot more forgiving on fittings and pipe length differences.
