tub/shower not as hot anymore
I have a tub/shower in a basement bathroom that suddenly isn't putting out the hot water like it used to. Its still somewhat hot and useable for showering purposes, but just not hot like it used to be.
This basement (& bathroom) were fully finished in 2006. It was just used for occasional guests and family members who came to spend some time with us. The bathroom was then used on a regular basis about 4 months ago when a family member temporarily moved in with us & has been living down there.
All other faucets, showers and tubs in the house are working correctly. Its just this one tub/shower that suddenly can't put out the same hot water temps like it used to.
I'm thinking its probably something in the tub/shower fixture (Delta) that has either broke or needs adjustment, but thought I would ask here first about any other possibilities before I start tearing apart the fixture trying to figure it out.
Any suggestions?
