Hi I've been having trouble with my shower tub. I am not getting hot water unless I fully open the hot water valve and close the cold but then I am not getting any pressure.

I've determined it is the cartridge that needs replacing the problem is I can't figure out what brand it is. From the picture below you can see the shower valve says "Selection" but when I type that into google nothing comes up.

Any help identifying this for me would be much appreciated.

Looks like a Grohe Grohtherm 3000

Cant read the writting under the bottom handle what does it say on the trim plate

It says Selection.

But I've figured out that the cartridge inside was a Riobel.

High-end (expensive) valve. Hope that customer support can warranty it. The cartridge could be cost a bit.
See if there is a warranty.
