Default low shower pressure

I previously started a thread for low shower pressure and I found the problem. I had designed my shower to operate either a regular or hand shower. I used a shower/bath fixture with the diverter in the front flace plate. I went to get a new shower fixture and upon talking to the counter person I found the diverter will notwork between two showers. This was confirmed by Tech assistance Rohl, American Standard and a couple others.

It seems that all of the shower/ tub fixtures required the back presure from a lower outlet and the washer would roll in a lateral move. Moen had a fixture designed for what I wanted to do.

The counter clerk had lost $ 5000. on a job due to this proble in a custom bath job. Information fo you guys.
