Default Favorite basic Delta shower valve?

OK, I've been talked into Delta due to the warranty and support for my new shower valve.

Are there any Delta valves that I need to be cautious to stay away from? Any "oh crap man, you should never have bought that valve model, it causes everyone problems that even touches the box" or are they all high enough quality to not worry about it?

I'm looking at the T14238 in chrome. I understand I'll need the valve body too.

There all the same valve body. There are various sets of trim that can be used on that faucet to suit your taste.
