Default What toilet do I get?

WE are replacing our toilet and I would like to know which toilet would be the best. I don't need anything fancy. Just a standard white toilet that really flushes. No wimpy flusher. My wife would like a built in water squirter, but that is not a must have.
Thanks

Toto or Kohler in that order. American Standard was at one time on my list but there have been problems with there recent designs hopefully they will get there problems solved.

Agreed, toto makes some great toilets. If you want something simple and fairly cheap get a toto carusoe or a step up is the toto drake.

You want powerful flush what our gonna habits look for is flapper size, all new toilets will only flush 1.6 gallons some even less but the bigger the flapper the faster the water goes from tank to bowl. I am a firm believer in the cimmaron by Koehler and its class 5 flapper u wanna talk about dumping water that toilet will do it.

As much as i dislike most Kohler products, i do recommend that cimmaron (i call it the cinnamon toilet). Toto is a little more pricey but if given the choice id definatly go with Toto

I have installed, I think, two Cimarrons, and when you hit the flush lever while looking in the tank, it seems as though the bottom is falling out of the tank. That is one powerful flush.
