Default Urinal pressure?

Hi,
I have 100 yo. Americam Standard freestanding, manual flush, urinal which I love. Problem is, it flushes incompletely. Tried several different valves but the problem is pressuer. Shared water source with several homes and pressure is often low. When pressure up, urinal works well.
Do I need some kind of pressure tank in my house to boost pressure? Is there some kind of small tank I can install at the urinal?
Thanks for any advice.
Chris
