Default Stubout too low

Hi All,
First time poster.

I replaced a vanity cabinet with an open style vanity.
The stubout is now too low and the ptrap needs to be raised up to fit.
There is plenty of drop, in fact I had to add 6 inches to compensate for the new sink which sits much higher (shallow bowl and taller vanity)
My question is, can I install 2-90 degree elbows (or 45's)at the stubout to raise the height of the horizontal drain pipe.
Not sure if this drawing will come through.
Thanks

Try again for picture:

If you raise the stub out you will be creating a S trap which is not allowed in any code and would subject the trap to siphon allowing sewer gas into the home. The better solution would be to add a extension tube to the sink tail piece before the trap.
