Default relocating sink with lead drain pipe

I have never encountered lead piping before and i have a few questions.
I need to relocate the sink i have but dont have a clue were to start. I know i need to replace the lead but how? Heres a few pictures of the mess i uncovered under the floor. And also does it look like the toilet drain pipe is lead?

It's all lead and should be replaced. You have to go back to were the lead ties into the cast iron and replace it from that point.
