Mystery sink faucet please help identify
I showed these pictures to my local plumbing wholesaler and in 30years of business he has never seen the faucet in the attached photos. The faucet needs a new cartridge but there are no markings to indicate a brand and the shutoff valve for the sink also shuts off my shower, kitchen sink and toilet so I cannot just take it out and hope to find the correct replacement cartridge. Please let me know if you can identify this faucet so I can stop this annoying leak.
Thanks,

That looks like a very old Moen faucet. Do you pull the handle out to turn it on?

It could be an ancient moen, or possibly a crane dialese. Unfortunately, the outside of a faucet doesn't tell us a lot unless the name is stamped on it or it is a very common faucet someone happens to instantly recognize. The cartridge is how to properly identify brand.

Thanks guys, good to be back. Of course, I am moving in a few weeks and will probably disappear for a bit, but you can never really stop a slow drip.
