Help with taps

Hi,
I'm new here i'm in Australia.
I'm having trouble getting a replacement for this tap set up, I don't know the name or type of tap arrangement or where i can get a replacement.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There appears to be some print on the handles, next to the red and blue dots. Is the manufacturer's name printed there? If so, that would be the best place to start. With the valve body behind the wall, the manufacturer may have a rebuild kit available as well as instructions on how to service the valve.

I can't see any manufacturer marks on the fitting, the printing on the taps reads laundry -on - off.
I think its a cheap fitting, i have tried rebuilding it a few times but the thread on the tub cold tap is heavily worn and becoming difficult to use.
I eventually found this online.
