Default Floor standing Combi

Gents,
I´m having trouble tracking down a floor standing combi for my grandmothers house. We have recently redone her kitchen and thinking we were being smart had all the water and gas lines put into a cupboard ready for when we got round to installing the central heating. HOwever having done that all i can find are wall mounted units with the flu outlet on the top. I need a floor standing unit witht he flu out the back. Her house is a fairly small old victorian terrace house. With 3 small rooms upstairs and 3 down. The only suitable boilers i can find are massivly over spec´d for her size property e.g:
Greenstar Highflow 440CDi - Worcester, Bosch Group UK homeowner site

I´m located in the UK but i assume/hope i will be able to track down any boiler if someone can suggest a suitable model. I´m looking for something about the 20KW mark i think.

Cheers for any help you can provide

We have a member onboard here from the UK who does seem quite knowledgeable. A link to his member profile is: http://www.plumbingforums.com/forum/members/chrism/. He is the best idea I can come up with to help you with your situation.
