I'm trying to locate a Fernco 22UX-139 donut for a repair. This is to transition from 2" XH (extra-heavy) cast iron pipe to 1 1/2" PVC. None of the local supplies have carry donuts for XH pipe. Does anyone have an idea where I could find one?

Not sure how close these guys are to you but they are my supplier out here and can get any of the fernco stuff.

I have found being a waterwirks guy that I can get alot of stuff that plumbing supply shops can not.

I personally don't really like them myself but many times they do have what you need when you can't find it elsewhere.

Update......A small local hardware store (Scott True Value) came through. Even though they don't normally stock the part I was looking for, the manager agreed to attempt ordering it for me. He confirmed today that he placed the order and would expect the "donut" soon.

This just goes to show that the big box stores and big supply houses have something to learn about customer service from the smaller, locally owned co-op shops.
