Default Low water Cut off

Hi, does Mass Plumbing Code require a low water cut off to a residential boiler?

Not familiar with Mass codes, but I believe all boilers must have this safety device.

Most state and federal codes require the outlet to be piped @ 8" from the floor. Does that help?
