I have an old 14.4 Milwaukee drill. Had it for years (12+) . Dropped it off a ladder a few times. I've Replaced both batteries. The replacements are starteng to dye. Can't find any new ones, The batteries alone were $90 each. Guy at Interstate batteries rebuilds them for $45 each. Still works good.
Just bought another 18V Lithium-ion hammer drill with a sawsall and 2 batteries for $179. smokin' deal. Home depot had the same drill w/ 2 batt. for $299 (no saw)

i use rigid cordless set 18 volt, its tough but not the best. the free repair part is good, especially if you have more then one set. the company i work for has 4, he will only buy rigid.

Buy a good name brand. But not to exspensive because the batteries will cost and become obsolete .
