Yes, I have the same question after I saw this video, looks like the plumber had a eureka moment after see that piece stuck in there and forgot to think if that is really the reason for back up...he definitely should have gone deeper to look for something else which may be the real problem...I am asking the plumber to get back and go deeper this time..
