Default What fun this is..
Tenant calles me today and tells me I hear water running but I am not useing any water and I don't see it running the apartment.

I tell her to look outside and see if she finds any water, yep all over the back of the unit and building.

I am sure it was.

The fun part was trying to get in to the location where the pipe burst
