Default Noxious Smells

We have just recently been experiencing noxious odors coming from our bathroom. It has been extremely cold (-39 degrees) and it appears that the vent pipe may be clogged with snow or possibly ice but it is too treacherous to get up on the roof to clear the pipe. I think the clogged vent could be the problem but there aren't any bad smells in any of the other bathrooms or sinks. Could it be anything else that relates to that one plumbing system? It contains a sink, bathtub/shower and toilet. Thanks Tim

Could be frost hoar (roof vent frosted over). Gasses could be seeping thru the wax seal of your toilet.
