Default no hot water in upstairs showers?????

hi everyone...new here, looking for some advice.

I live in a house with a well, oil burner. hot water is fine thru-out the house in regular sinks. Theres a shower directly above the garage (where the boiler is) and the hot water is super. Down the hall is the master bedroom with master bath, shower starts out hot then 1 minute later, its neutral temp.
Further down the hall, theres a guest room with bathroom, same problem-shower starts out nice and hot then a minute later, neutral temp.
I had a plumber out this week saying its not the cartridges, but to have the coil cleaned on the boiler. Did that but still didn't resolve. Is it the cartridges?? Why would it be hot right away then fade cold?? need help!! The water coming out of the boiler is very hot, controls are at 180, 200 diff. 20.
any help or insight is appreciated

By chance does your home heating system utilize hot water from the boiler to heat the air?
