Anyone have any pics of the proper plumbing rough for a washer? I want all the plumbing to be inside of the wall. So I was also wondering is there a trap behind the wall?
Sorry, the following pictures are from far away, but you should get the idea. There is a clean out at the bottom of the drain line, and everything is within the recessed panel.

Doesn't really show me anything. I need to see the drain pipe complete. In that pic the appliances are in the way. Also looking to understand if infact by code you need to have a clean-out installed, and have access to it penetrating the drywall.
I apologize John, I completely misread your question and thought you were asking about the recessed panel. Your sanitary T and P trap are buried in the wall. As far as a clean out, I believe city codes will dictate whether if it mandatory or not, but highly recommended.
