We don't do flat rates. We charge $96/hour with a $38 truck charge. We bill by the 1/4 hour and our min. show up charge is $86. The only companies I know of around here that charge flat rates are the national ones (Rescue Rooter, Roto Rooter, etc...) and they don't have a good rep around here. I heard one of those companies is under investigation for selling a repipe when it wasn't needed. That company sends their employees to Vegas for High Pressure Sales seminars.
