Facebook social plugins. I'm going to be doing this to all my domains along with forums.

Shows up at the bottom of threads that allows all logged in facebook users to comment on content without the registration process.

I've seen many times where this plugin has a value, at least on the page view point of views. Anything that leads more traffic to your google adsense ads is a good thing.

One thing I've noticed here that I don't like;

You post/respond on a thread and it literally disappears, can't find it when you refresh the screen of new posts and doesn't show up.

It 'should' show your last posted response and the list of unread posts still intact.

I like Vbulletin software but I'm used to another system and my tech support is available. I go to Vbulletin's site for knowledge and it's too much, too much content and I cannot stand all the hidden prompts in the VBulletin admin panel. Does it really have to be that condensed? I think not.

Moving gif images always give the site that 'active' look. You could have 30 people post saying that's not true.... trust me; it is true. Movement on your page even though a distraction to some is not going to keep people away.

85% of forum traffic is read only, only the diehards are registered members which is an elite breed of their own. Others will post once or twice, get their response and never return.

Forum traffic across the web is dropping. Might have some very active forums but across the board they are sharing the embodiment of facebook. Google+ I don't believe is any type of threat in the near future.

Your content is what brings the traffic, and it seems like that shouldn't be a problem here. Age of domain has bearing who gets the top spots on page 1 of search engines.

Google algorhythms have changed the gradescape for many. For the good, maybe better for some. Won't be the last time it happens.

Everyone is in the same game these days trying to fight for dominance. Somebody figures out how to embed forums into facebook you'll be cooking with gas at that point.

But the direction of giving a random passer by the ability to tick a box and post away is simplicity that garners conversation.

I think you should show the date of the actual post instead of the date the poster joined.

The date of each post is in the red bar just above the persons name unless you are talking about somewhere else.
