Default Have An Idea Looking For Feedback from Professional Plumbers Only Please

Hi all,

We’ve been lurking in this forum and a few others for a while now and we were surprised to hear how much people are paying for leads.

Since the economy slowed down and we found ourselves with a bit too much free time on our hands we decided to do something about it.

You can see the fruit of our labor at Everything Tree


Here’s how it works:

First we tell the consumer what information they should provide so that local plumbers can respond to their need. (Some people want their problem solved NOW at any cost, some prefer to wait to save money, some are only home on Thursdays, etc. )

Once the consumer enters a post, we check to make sure its not spam and then send it out via email to all the plumbers who have signed up to receive leads from that town or zip code.

If the lead is one you want to pursue, you respond to the consumer.* If not, you just ignore it.

If the consumer likes your response the best (for whatever reason), they’ll contact you to schedule the work.

Much like craigslist and unlike certain other sites that charge you for leads, Everything Tree is free to you.

As the economy is slower I think this is an essential part of "druming up" work.I know that I could use more leads,& exposure(who couldn't). I am exited for the opportunity with this,it looks as if it will be benificial for all involved.You can pick what you want to do or respond to!I know that with some of the lead generating companies it's a crapshoot anyhow, so if it's free why not?I am all for sites like this that help plug people into what their needs are.

1st off, i dont like to call customers COLD, i prefer when they ring my phone, and/or i call them back... 2nd, i dont see a customer just typing a few words and pressing enter and HOPING for a response SOME DAY... The ole pick up the phone, talk to somebody now aspect works the best, i always answer my phone.. LOL Except if its long distance than those telemarketers can kiss my voice mail
