Hello and welcome.

I would show off my latest plumbing episode but I buried it.

I'm closing on my house this week and will be installing a standing shower in place of the old nasty bath tub, replacing the old water heater, and other various plumbing jobs so hopefully I'll be able to toss in some content.

Look forward to it. I take it this won't be your first round with a plumbing project?

I've helped out on a few projects here and there, nothing too major. Within the first month I will do all the minor work i.e. replacing fixtures, doing the shower, replacing the water heater. The upstairs bathroom is the first project on my list, going to redo the floor, add the shower, fix up the walls etc. Hopefully I'm going to be doing little write-ups for all the projects to toss up in my thread on JF and here.

After that there is also working toilet in the basement, I'm going to add a sink/vanity and finish it into a half bath at some point.

It should be an interesting experience.
