Default Hot water baseboard heater bleed

Hello experts.

I'm in need of bleeding my 1st floor zone but I'm not sure exactly how to go about it. I think I need to shut off the basement (2nd zone) and hook up a garden hose to an outlet valve (1st pic at the bottom left) but I'm guessing here.

The 1st floor zone valves are on the 2nd pic to the far left.
The basement zone is on the 3rd pic in the middle on the bottom - a red lever.

Hopefully you can make out the arcitechture from the pics.

Thanks for any advice,
Barry
