Default Ferric Humate as an Additive

Has anyone used Ferric Humate, humic/fulvic acid or any humates as a septic tank additive to promote sludge digestion.

I know that the USEPA (local AHJ's and many septic tank experts) do not reccomend any additives but just regular pumping (~3-5 years depending on loading & sizing).
